Hello everyone. Today the weather is awful. It seems like it’s following us up the country.
3 or 4 days solid rain and it’s beginning to become annoying. Spoiling the fun and thats being polite – those that know me know exactly what I would normally say!
We’re travelling through the whole Lake District and we were looking forward to the scenic hills but all we’re seeing today is grey cloud and drenched tarmac.
I’ll keep the update brief. We set of from High Bentham from the South Lakes this morning and we’re cycling to Carlisle. Check the route here to see our journey.
The thought of an Indian meal and a few beers tonight is keeping us going today!
